Rykev Press operates the Amazon Affiliate Analytics Dashboard, a private application intended for the business owner's own Pinterest Business account analytics and Amazon Associates reporting. The dashboard is designed to run locally on the owner's computer rather than as a public service.

2. Information the application may process

Subject to Pinterest authorisation and available API permissions, the application may process the account owner's profile details, boards, published pins, impressions, saves, clicks, outbound clicks and other available analytics. The owner may also import Amazon Associates reports containing earnings, orders, tracking identifiers and related reporting information.

3. Why information is used

Information is used to assess pin performance, analyse traffic trends, compare marketing activity with affiliate earnings, and generate reports for the account owner. The application is not intended to collect unrelated Pinterest users' account information or provide analytics services to third parties.

4. Storage and access

The application is designed to store its dashboard data locally on the owner's computer. Pinterest access credentials and tokens, when configured, should be stored privately and never placed on this public website. The computer owner is responsible for maintaining appropriate device access controls, backups and security updates.

6. Retention and deletion

Locally stored analytics may be retained for historical comparison until the account owner deletes them. The owner may stop using the application, delete local records and revoke Pinterest authorisation using available Pinterest account controls. Deleting local records does not delete information retained independently by Pinterest or Amazon.
